All orders are sent via DPD Next Day, usually arriving within 2 working days after your order is completed. All parcels include adequate insurance.

International Shipping

FRANCESCA COUTURE ORDERS
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day via Next Day Delivery.
Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next working day.
Pre-Order items are dispatched on the date specified on the product page.
All garments are shipped using DPD Next Day or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
To track your order, please contact us and we will provide your tracking number.


FASHIONISTA COLLECTION

All garments in this section are made to order.
During busy periods, orders may take up to 14 working days.
We recommend placing your order 3 weeks before you require the item.
If you need a garment within 14 working days, please inform us — we will do our best to meet your deadline.


Online Returns

Made to Order – Exchange Only

We offer exchange only for standard-size Made to Order garments.
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
If unsuitable, we can issue a credit code valid for 12 months.
If you provide your measurements and the garment is made specifically for you, it becomes non-returnable, but we will offer free alterations within 14 days of receipt.


In Stock & Ready To Send

We offer refunds on In Stock garments only.
Items must be returned within 14 days in perfect, unworn condition, with all tags attached.
Any stains, marks, or odours will result in the item being returned to you.
Sale items, bespoke, custom, or made-to-measure garments are strictly non-returnable.
Refunds exclude original delivery charges.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
All returns must include the original packaging and returns slip.

If you request a replacement, delivery will be free. Express delivery is available (if in stock) at an additional charge.


Exchanges
State your required size or style on the returns form.
If the replacement is not in stock, it may take up to 14 days.
You may request alterations instead of exchanging.
Items must be returned in original packaging with the returns form enclosed.
Please use a reliable, tracked postage method. We cannot accept responsibility for lost items.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale items are non-exchangeable.


Return of Faulty Goods

If you believe an item is faulty:
1. Return it to us with a clear explanation of the issue.
2. Once received, we will investigate and contact you with the appropriate solution.

Notes:
Garments that have been worn or have tags removed are not eligible for refund, but may be exchanged or repaired.
Faults occurring due to wear and tear after 2 months of purchase are not eligible for exchange, but repair may be offered where possible.
