I need a dress QUICK is there any way you can get this dress to me before the weekend?

In instances like this we would always try to accommodate you where it is possible. Please contact us via WATSAPP or LIVE CHAT before you place your order and depending on our work load at that given time we will let you know if we can help.

Can you do any size?

If you find that our standard sizes are not suitable for you, we offer a made to measure service that is inclusive of all sizes. To take advantage of this service, you can simply come into the showroom to be measured, or enter your measurements in the notes section at checkout. Please refer to our size guide for guidance.

Do you make your short dresses longer?

Yes, as with all garments we can alter length to suit you. Enter your preferred length in the notes section at check out.

I am in between sizes- should I order 2 sizes to see what fits me better?

We would ask that you kindly refrain from doing this. As we are a small team who make all our garments to order, this can slow down our processing times on other orders, and consequently leave us with one unwanted garment. If you feel like you need help with sizing please contact us before ordering and we can either recommend a certain size or suggest you use our bespoke service.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like how it looks on me?

We offer refunds on IN STOCK garments only, providing that they are returned to us in a perfect unworn condition, with all tags still attached and no signs of wear. Should the item be returned to us with tags intact but with even the slightest of stains or odours due to trying on, we will return the item back to you as it is no longer able to be resold.

We offer exchange only on PRE ORDER garments in standard sizes. Should you wish to return your order for a more suitable size or colour, that is granted as long as the item arrives back to us within 14 days of delivery. If the item is unsuitable, we can offer you a credit code which will be valid for 12 months from the date we receive your unwanted order.

Please note that these terms do not apply to BESPOKE, MADE TO MEASURE or DISCOUNTED orders.

I have an idea for a design, can you make it for me?

We only make our own designs at the moment. We can custom make your order in different colours, different length or with slight changes to the design. Please contact us to discuss this before you order.

Do you have a shop?

We no longer have a shop. We have a studio and showroom where you can view and purchase collections. We offer a made to measure service, so you can come and be measured and have fittings in our showroom. The address is

When can we visit the showroom?

The showroom is open
Monday - Friday
10:30 - 5pm.
